Marius has 20 years of M&A advisory and private equity experience in the Baltics. He was involved in ca. 80 advisory and capital market transactions, most of them serving as a head of investment banking for the second-largest bank in Lithuania. Since 2006, Marius has been a partner in a major Nordic investment fund, worked for a leading Baltic private equity fund management firm, has been a lead investor and held executive positions in several Lithuanian companies.

Martynas has a 14-year banking and corporate finance background. Starting his career in 2003 as a credit analyst at a major Scandinavian bank’s Lithuanian outfit, Martynas moved on to a local M&A advisory firm in 2005. Since 2008 Martynas has worked as a corporate finance manager at the investment banking unit of the second largest bank in Lithuania, where he has concluded a number of M&A projects, including equity placement for a listed company.

Natalja has a 10-year investment banking experience at a leading Scandinavian bank, where she served as a corporate finance director before joining Alpha Advisors in 2018. Her extensive experience is centered on cross-border M&A transactions in the Baltics and Scandinavia within a broad range of sectors, including Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications and Transport. Natalja holds master’s degree in Finance from Mannheim University in Germany.

Mindaugas has 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, primarily in M&A, funding and DCM transactions. Prior to joining Alpha Advisors in 2018, he served as a head of corporate finance unit at DNB, worked in audit and corporate finance divisions of Big4 companies, as well as consulting firms involved in business and financial advisory. Mindaugas holds master’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University and bachelor’s degree from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Arnas joined Alpha Advisors in June 2023. Prior to joining, he interned in M&A advisory firms in Vienna and Vilnius. Arnas holds a master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University and a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics from Vilnius University.

Ignotas joined Alpha Advisors in 2023. Before Alpha Advisors, he gained experience as an analyst at KPMG Deal Advisory department and worked as a financial analyst in London.
